Rick brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, drawing from his diverse background in Marketing and Events. His experience spans career expos,  yoga festivals, and tech events, alongside music and art festivals during his tenure at TicketWeb/Live Nation. As a former Director of Operations for a yoga and wellness company, Rick successfully transitioned their Direct Marketing and catalog mail order business to a web-based platform.

In addition to his professional achievements, Rick is passionate about surfing, art, live music, and exploring different cultures. These interests enrich his ability to create exceptional experiences for his clients.

Vanessa's passion for Marketing and Events shines through her extensive 20-year career in Experiential Marketing. She has collaborated with leading corporations such as Oracle, Salesforce, VMware, and Facebook. “I’m a total geek when it comes to events," she says. "I draw inspiration from B2C events like Comic-Con and the Outside Lands Festival, and I love translating those experiences into B2B events, especially in hybrid settings that combine virtual and limited in-person elements.
